Edison’s Raw & Bar was created for an upscale, yet laid-back dining experience. Edison’s is a name synonymous with the famous inventor and his love for creation. In a similar way, the Edison’s logo reflects the innovative and creative spirit of inventive thinkers and crafters that bring the brand to life in a unique and memorable way. The unexpectedness of the native snow goose creates intrigue for an audience looking for that one-of-a-kind experience just as Thomas Edison was intrigued by how goose eggs hatch when he was a young boy. His sense of curiosity burst into years of creativity and the brand reflects that. An alternative icon was also created to give Edison the Goose a companion and give additional signage to the restrooms.

In July 2023, Edison’s Raw & Bar officially opened in Bettendorf, IA.
