LVB

LVB is a vibe. Located right on Las Vegas Boulevard, this new multifamily apartment complex is all about embracing the lifestyle of Las Vegas living. LVB is a little retro, a little futuristic, and a whole lot of now. The team needed a unique collateral package for opening day, including a brochure, floor plan sheets, cost sheets, business cards and a full stationery package.

The brochure was designed to imitate the narrow logo. Not only does this 8-page brochure highlight community and apartment amenities, but also several hotspots within the Las Vegas area. Inspired by the great Vegas lights, the logo was printed using spot UV, on both the brochure cover and business cards, to really give it the neon light effect. To fully embrace this colorful brand, each floor plan sheet was given a different color based on how many bedrooms were available.
